Small Business NCEDO's Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is part of a statewide network of satellite offices that has been established to provide counseling services to Newaygo County residents interested in starting or expanding a small business. Examples of services available include assisting with the development of business plans and preparing clients to speak with financial lenders. The services of the Small Business Development Center are available at a nominal charge thanks to sponsorship by the US Small Business Administration and NCEDO.
